Charity Technology Exchange Charity Technology Exchange (CTX) is the IT donation programme of Charity Technology Trust.  Charity Technology Trust (CTT) empowers British charities through the effective use of technology. It provides services in the following areas: lotteries, which are a common form of fundraising for causes in UK; ASP and Web-based solutions,and IT consulting. CTT launched the Launched in 2006, CTX was one of the first pilot countries.
