TechSoup Global's NGO partners are a network of organizations connected through a common online platform enabling a socially responsible supply chain for technology products and support, which connects and builds the capacity of social benefit organizations and the disadvantaged communities that rely on them. Each partner offers a localized version of a common global technology assistance program and local services that deepen benefits for disadvantaged individuals. Country programs include a sustainable computer recycling program, IT solutions for people with disabilities, and technology platforms to maximize organizational effectiveness and to enable full engagement in the digital economy. TechSoup Global serves organizations in 56 countries, with additional countries added in 2013.

Fundacja LogoIn May 2009, Fundacja TechSoup was established as an independent legal foundation in Warsaw, Poland. TechSoup Global and Fundacja TechSoup work together under shared leadership to support the growth of the TechSoup Network and the stability of social benefit organizations in Europe and around the world. Fundacja TechSoup focuses on supporting the growth and stability of social benefit organzations worldwide through the intelligent use of information and communication technologies. Aided by its close organizational relationship with TechSoup Global, Fundacja TechSoup is able to leverage the TechSoup Global brand and sector leadership in pursuit of its objectives.

Connecting Up have been a long term partner of TechSoup since joining the network in 2007. Through the donation program, previously under the DonorTec name, Connecting Up and TechSoup have shared a mission of providing NGOs with the technology resources they need.
