Efficient Elements added to roster of TechSoup Global donation partners

We're always excited about new products being added to our donations catalog, but here's one that's really special: It's the first time that a donor recruited by one of our Global Network partners is making their program available in the United States. We are happy to announce that our German partner, Stiftungszentrum, has worked to make donations from the German company Efficient Elements available not just to German NGOs, but now to nonprofits in the U.S. as well.

When we began the TechSoup Global Network five years ago, we wanted to develop a system that allowed each partner to be a full participant. We didn't want that old hub and spoke model, but instead wanted to empower everyone to bring in new programs and relationships, using the power of this global network to make those services and products available to NGOs around the world. It's been a lot of work to make that happen and, often, it's been more aspiration than reality.

We're eager to build on this with our other partners. We're also eager to understand how the power of our 35 NGO partners can help spread more social benefit in more places. If you see ways we can do this better, tell us.
