As TechSoup Global’s 2012 ReStart Challenges get underway in Romania, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, Daniel Ben-Horin’s Huffington Post blog features comments from a ReStart Romania transparency activist who who was one of last year's winners with his "Bribe Market" anti-corruption project.
